Lease for 21 years from Sir Robert Throckmorton, Buckland, Berks., bart., to John Blakeway, Chaddesley Corbett, Worcs., yeoman, of messuage known as Lodge House, with all stables, barns and outbuildings, together with The House ground, the Pool Park, two Park Meadows, Dyall Park, Upper Park meadow, Potters Park, Long Park, Picklewell Park and Watch Oak meadow, all which premises in Chaddesley Corbett are now in the tenure of John Croyden as under tenant to Throckmorton; also Mill Bridge meadow and two tofts where formerly two messuages stood in Brokencoat Yield in Chaddesley aforesaid. Exceptions are old great watercourse, used for the watering of the meadows of Sir Robert, and the game, with right to take, as specified in PR473/1 above; and right of way across premises for tenants of Harvington Court or their workmen to and from Chaddesley. Paying annually £70 by equal instalments at Lammas and Purification of the Virgin, and a further £10 for every acre put to tillage Signed and sealed Robert Throckmorton Witnesses: Vincent Aclon; Claudio Barbieri Endorsed with memorandum of agreement, 19 Jan 1768 by Gregory Watkins for Sir Robert Throckmorton, that Blakeway can convert Long Park into a Hop Ground.
