Demise with warranty from William de Peyto to William Gilman of Warr' of a croft with a curtilage adjacent to the same in the borough of Warr' called le Criteygne which croft and curtilage Henry le Merton' held from the said William for his life; to hold for life, rendering annually to the said William on the feast of the Nativity of St. John the Baptist [24 June] one rose. Dated at Warrewik Sunday after the feast of St. Edmund the Archbishop 4 Richard II.
