Gift with warranty from John Chauntor of Couentre, son and heir of Adam Chauntor of Ulnehale, to Robert Halghton' of Couentre Barboure on a messuage in Ulnehale next to Henley in Arden' with a garden, lying between the messuage of William Tracy on the one hand and the curtilage of the said William and the cottage of Alice Wheler and Reynaldesyerde on the other hand in breadth and in length from the king's highway leading from Reuenstrete to the tenements of John Crewley to Reynaldesyerde and also 5 crofts in Ulnehale called le Cardounslondes lying between the land of the Abbot and convent of Bordesley on the one hand and the land formerly of Adam Kynge and le Moeyscroft on the other hand in breadth and in length from the King's highway called le Reuenstrete to the land of the said Abbot and convent and of Idoneus Mylwarde and also a croft called le Mozyscrofte lying in Ulnehale between le Reuenstrete on the one hand and the land of Richard Barell', formerly of Adam Kynge, on the other hand in breadth and length and also a cottage with curtilage annexed called le Reueplace with land belonging to the same in le Hemfelde in Ulnehale; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service.
