Agreement between the Rt. Hon. Sir David Cunningham of London knight and Nicholas Stone of St. Martin in the field, Mddx., sculptor, to set up a faire and stately Tombe or Monument' in memorial of Sir Thomas Puckering knight and Bart., deceased, in the same church in Warwick in which his body is interred to consist of white marble, black marble and rance marble, except the understone which is to be of hard stone, and to be 71/2 feet in breadth and 12 feet in height and shall stand from the wall 21/2 feet with description of design in great detail; the consideration being £200, £60 to be paid on completion of this present agreement, £60 to be paid 16 December next and £80 to be paid when the work is finished.
