Description

Gift with warranty from Thomas Stooks, son and heir of Rowland Stooks deceased, to Thomas Smyth of Hall' Ende of a croft of land in Ullenhall' in the parish of Wotton' Wawen' called Hobdych with a meadow, lying between the land leading from the gate called Botley yatte towards the chapel of Ullenhalle and the land of the heirs of Forste in the tenure of Thomas Courte on all sides, the said croft lying in length between the said lane and the land of King's Colege, Camebryge, and le Fordrove and in breadth between the said lane and the land of the said college and the land formerly belonging to Richard Archar'; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service.
