Description
Bargain and sale from Hugh Dyer of London' Barbour and Joan his wife, one of the daughters and heirs of John Somer, when he lived citizen and Barbour of London', to John Archer of Tonworth' esquire, for £34, of the tenement called Hall ende in Wotton' in the lordship of Wollenhale, which the said John Archer held for his life by the grant of the said John Somer; the said Hugh and Joan to make further assurance of this before the feast of the Purification of the Blessed Mary next [2 February]; to hold for ever.
