Description

Demise with warranty from John Godeshalne, William Fifhide, John Harpere, John Haselholt', William Lichefold', Thomas atte Mulne, Geoffrey Iue, William Iue, Edward Darker' and Simon de Felton' of Henleye the younger to Agnes, sometime wife of Henry de Bunnebury of the manor of Forde next to Toneworth' in the parish of Waweyneswotton' and all other lands, tenements, rents and services which the said grantors held by the gift and feoffment of Robert Herton', parson of the church of Lapworth and Laurence, chaplain of Ulnehale, in Aspeleye, Toneworth' and Ulnehale; to hold for the life of the said Agnes, rendering annually to the said grantors one rose on the feast of the Nativity of St. John the Baptist, and rendering due and customary service to the chief lords of the fee; remainder after the death of the said Agnes to John de Radnore for his life on the same terms. Dated at the said manor of Forde Friday after the feast of the decollation of St. John the Baptist, 9 Richard II. Witnesses: Roger Harewell', John Folewode, John Croweley and others. 1.
