Description

Agreement between William Whatlye of Henlye in Arden, yeoman, and Peter Whatlye of the said town, tanner, reciting DR37/1/2860, whereby the said William agreed that, for £6 13s. 4d. paid to him by the said Peter, if the said William have male heirs by which means the property described in DR37/1/2860 cannot descend to the said Peter then the said William assures to the said Peter property of the annual worth of 13s. 4d. from the said property in fee simple, the property to be valued by counsel.
