Bargain and sale from Katherine Grene of Henley in Arden', widow of John Grene deceased, and John Grene, citizen and Skynner of London, to Richard Grene of Barton parke in Tatenhyll, Staffs., gentleman, for £66. 13s. 4d. of a messuage with one curtilage in Henley Arden' which the said John Grene deceased, grandfather of the above-named John Grene Skinner, lately held and purchased of Robert Mylls of Wotton Wawen, husbandman, and also two parcels of meadow in the lordships of Beaudesert and Wotten Wawen which the said John Grene grandfather lately purchased of Thomas Stokes of Henley in Arden gentleman, and also a close of pasture in Henley in Wotton Wawin which the said John Grene grandfather purchased of John Pratte; to hold for ever.
