Bargain and sale from William Whatley the elder of Henley in Arden yeoman to Andrew Archer of Tanworth esquire for £120 of a meadow called Lymbseis between the land of Francis Smyth esquire and the land of the said Andrew i breadth and extendig i length from a comon called Lymbseis greene to the King's highway leading from Bootley to Henley in Arden, and also another parcel of ground called Wayberds hill in Wooton Wawen lying in breadth between the land of William Chambers and the land of -------- Berrit gentleman, and also 4 selions of lad in Bellom Croft in Newdesert, lying between the land of William Chambers on either side, all which property was lately in the tenure of Richard Whatley; to hold for ever.
