Bargain and sale from Richard Grymshewe of Lapworthe yeoman and Isabel his wife, late wife of Thomas Smyth deceased, and Richard Smythe, son and heir of the said Thomas Smyth, to John Glover of Ulnall in Wotton Wawen yeoman and John his son for £30 of a tenement with a croft adjoining the same in hall ende grene in Wotton Wawen between the lands called Mountyfords lande, the land now or late of George Bentley and hall ende grene and also another croft of land lying in Ulnall called Hobdyche and one little meadow called Pynkes lying there between the lane leading from a yatte called Botley yatte to a chapel of Ulnall and the land of the heirs of one Forste now or late in the tenure of Thomas Court and the said croft called Hobdyche lying in length between the said lane and the land of the Provost of King's Colledge, Cambrydge, and the Fordrove there, and in breadth between the said lane and the land of the said Provost and the land of Raffe Woodwarde; to hold for ever.
