Gift from Robert Barvile alias Barnvile, John Stokes and Edmund Colsill' to Richard Archer esquire, Hugh Wotton', William Cardmaker and Thomas Smyth' clerk of the manor of Botteley with all liberties, franchises, freedoms, warrens, lands, tenements, rents and reversions pertaining to the same and other lands, tenements, rents, reversions, services, meadows, pastures, feedings, homage, escheats, moors and commons in Tonworth', Wotton', Olenhale and Lapworth' which they held by the gift and feoffment of Margaret Mallore, formerly wife of Richard Friday [DR37/1/2935], the other feoffee, John Burgher having died; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service.
