Description

Gift from Conrad, formerly parson of the church of All Saints of Fyllongley, and Robert of Chester' Wauer to Juliana, formerly wife of Reginald Wehcharm, Margaret, mother of Juliana, and Alice, daughter of the said Reginald of all lands, tenements, rents, reversions, meadows and woods in Chirchebykunhull', Midulbykunhull', Hilleykunhull', Hampton' and Dydyngton' which the grantor held by the gift and feoffment of the said Reginald; to hold to the said Juliana, Margaret and Alice and the lawful issue of the said Alice for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service; or in default all the lands in Chirchebikunhull', except a tenement formerly belonging to Henry Wehcharm, to pass after the deaths of the said Juliana and Margaret to the church of the Holy Trinity at Markerate and the Prioress and the nuns there in free alms for the souls of the said Reginald and his ancestors; all the lands in Hulbykunhull' and Midelbykunhull', except those tenements in Midelbykunhull' which formerly belonged to the said Henry Wehcharm to pass to the church of St. Margaret of Hynwode and the Prioress and the nuns there in free alms for the souls of the said Reginald and his ancestors; all the lands which formerly belonged to the said Henry Wehcharm in Chirchebykunhull' and Midelbykunhull' to pass to the rightful heirs of the said Reginald for ever and all the lands in Hampton' and Dydyngton' to pass to John son of the said Juliana and his heirs for ever.
