Chambers, the land of ........... Bellers, the land of the heirs of Eaton, an old decayed way and the highway leading from Lyench Hill towards Henly on all sides, which property the said Rowland lately purchased from William Sheldon deceased; also land in the common fields of Henly and Whitely as follows: Clebrn Land in Whitly between the land of Francis Smith esquire and the highway leading from Hasell Holt towards Henley; four lands in Whitley, lying between the land of the heirs of Berry, the land of Robert Stanlett, the land of the said Francis Smith, the land of William Barrett, the land of Henry Francke, the land of Daniel Baker and the highway leading from Henly towards Warwicke; three lands in the same between the land of Fulke Belhurst, a highway called Smallway, the land of George Whateley, the land of Robert Whateley and the land of Robert Wheeler; five lands in Whiteley beteeen the land of the said Francis Smyth, the land of Daniel Baker and the church hedge; one land in the said field between the land of Daniel Baker, the land of the said Rowland Wheeler, the land of the said George Whateley and the said way called Small way; sixteen lands in Barke field in Henley, lying between the land of the said Henry Francke, land of Rowland Stokes, the land of the said Henry Francke, the land of the said Robert Whateley and the land of the heirs of Fitter; three lands lying in Barkfield between the land of the heirs of ...........
