Gift from Robert Turnor of Wolston' yeoman, for the natural affection which he bears to Anne his wife, to William Durraunt of Wolston' gentleman, Richard Wilcockes of Brawndon', yeoman, Hugh Ensfayle of Lichefeild' bocher, John Burges of the same sadler and Edward Lapworth of Eythorpe yeoman of 3 messuages with lands, meadows, pastures and feedings in Eithorpe, then in the several tenures of Thomas Lapworth' and Roger Cooks and a cottage with adjacent garden in Eythorpe on the tenure of --------- Woodman', a messuage with lands in Wattenburie in the tenure of Roger Phillippe with all other lands of the grantor in Eythorpe and Wattenburie; to hold to the use of the said Anne during her life and after her death to the use of the said Robert and her heirs for ever; the said Robert appointing Richard Hedwyn' of Wolston' husbandman and Hugh Apowell of the same yeoman attorneys to deliver seisin.
