Gift with warranty from John Pecche lord of Hampton' knight to Adam le Darber of Solihull' his marshall of a piece of moor land with wood growing on the same, lying in the park of the grantor at Hampton' as it was unclosed by certain metes and bounds and called le Depemor and also a piece of waste ground called Hamptonehurne lying in length and breadth between the land of Sir Richard de Wytaker and the land of Thomas atte Chercheyart and le Depemor; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee, rendering annually to the said chief lords 5s., [2 terms] in lieu of all secular services and demands. Dated at Hamptonehalle Wednesday before the feast of the Nativity of Our Lord 19 Edward II. Witnesses: Sir Richard de Wytaker, Sir Guy de Mancestr', John de Walton', William de Coppethorn, Adam atte Parckes and others.
