From Charlotte Hodgson, Montpellier, Brisbane to Frank Hodgson. She likes Brisbane very much. The house is thought the largest in Brisbane. She describes the house and says that she does lessons with Emily. Emily teaches Sunday School. Their next door Neighbours are cousins to the Webbs. Ceci Mort is staying with them. Percy is spending his holidays with them but Lily is spending hers with friends in Sydney. The view from the house is lovely. They have had a nice letter from Edward. It is hot in the middle of the day and cold in the mornings and evenings.
