Lease and Release: Ilmington

Lease and Release dated 14th and 15th September 1721 by Mary Bedwell of St. Margaret's, Westminster, only daughter and heir of Martin Bedwell, mealman to William Edden of Chipping Norton, labourer, of an ancient cottage in Ilmington formerly in the occupation of Clement Elton and now of Katherine Coldicote, demised 13th March 1698 (is this correct?), for 99 years or for the lives of Clement Elton the Elder, William Elton and Clement his son, which is now conveyed to William to hold at a peppercorn rent.
