Transfer of Lease dated 27th December 1770 by Robert Stanley of Ilmington, mason of the first part, Hannah Coldicott, widow and William Coldicott of the second part, William Wells of Ilmington, dealer of the third part and William Jones of the same place, yeoman of the fourth part, of the ancient cottage granted by Algernon, Earl of Essex to Clement Elton. Signed and sealed. Witnesses: Sarah Edkins and John Edkins
