Feoffment dated 29th September 1599 by William Awstyne of Ilmington, yeoman and Richard Awstyne of Banbury, gentleman to Thomas Andrewe of Longdon, Esquire and Jane, his wife who granted to Awstyne on the same date 'Towers Close, Sheppye Close Sheppye Lane' and for £120 Awstyne grants to Andrewe and his wife the half yard land called 'Henfreys' lying within the Manor of Ilmington.
