Deed to declare a Fine dated 20th October 1718 by William Pilkington and Margaret, his wife of the first part, William Neale of Honnington, yeoman of the second part and Baptist Hicks of Stretton-upon-Fosse, clerk and Joseph Hunt of Shipston-on-Stour of the third part whereby William and Margaret Pilkington covenant with William Neale that they together with Thomas Long and Elizabeth, his wife will levy a Fine in Michaelmas Term next sur connizance de droit of a fourth part paid of a yardland in the Common Fields of Stretton.
