From Arthur Hodgson, Clopton, To Frank Hodgson, Rome He has just returned from Alcester, having been at a dinner given by Lord Hertford. He gave a speech there. He sends the Stratford papers. The College was opened this week with 74 scholars. He talks of the forthcoming Balls and other social events. He mentions Admiral Fishbourne who was an old messmate of his and very kind to him. Percy is to remain at Thorpe (Mandeville School) until midsummer.
