Appointment by Thomas Pilkington of Banbury, Oxon., mercer, of John Brockhurst the younger of Tanworth' yeoman to deliver seisin to Simon Archer of Tanworth' gentleman of a croft called Packewoodes and a parcel of meadow called the Foredrove in Bewdesert', 4 acres of arable land lying in the common field of Henly in Arden called the Backe field, 5 acres of arable land in the common field of Shitley and 6 parcels of meadow in the common meadows of Whitley, 16 acres of arable land in the common fields of Whitley and Henly in Arden with all woods and subwoods, late in the tenure of George Whately of Henley in Arden, according to the feoffment of even date made by the said Thomas to the said Simon.
