Description

Sale by John Johnsons, Nuthurst, tailor, in consideration of 5 marks to Thomas Williams of Bewser [Beaudesert] of one croft of land called Nokyecroft with appurtenances and which lies in length from the land of Alfred Trussell, esquire called Bostons and the highway, and in breadth from the same highway on both sides. To hold to the only proper use of the said Thomas and his heirs as well as of the Lord King Edward VI and his successors as of the manor of Greenwich, county Kent. Witnesses to seisin: Robert Lydiat, gentleman, John Wylliams, Thomas Cramere.
