Description

Gift with warranty from Thomas Prat of Henley in Arden', son and heir of Thomas Prat of Burmyngham, to William Prat of Henley of a field called Skuttesfeld', lying in Lapworth' between the land of Lady Rose de Montefort on the south side and the tenement held by William Ketell' on the north, and extending according to the course of the highroad leading from Henley towards Burmyngham on the west and according to the course of the highroad leading from Henley to the church of Lapworth'; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Dated at Lapworth' Sunday before the feast of the Nativity of the Lord, 7 Henry V. Witnesses: Thomas Archer, Thomas Sydenhale, John Prat, Thomas Assheby, William Person' and many others.
