Grant by William de Childecote of Wotton 'Waunes' to Laurence atte Well of Nuthurst and Felicia his wife and John their son, of all that field in Nuthurst called Bossefeld which came to William by inheritance after the death of John de Barton of Lapworth; lying between 'Le bisschopes Ruydyg' on one part and land called le on the other side, and extends from the land called le Ladylond as far as the king's way from Tanworth to Henley. To hold to Laurence and John and their heirs in perpetuity of chief lord for services owed and accustomed. Warranty clause. Witnesses: Walter atte Welle, John le Schepeherd, John Josse, William Aleyn, Richard atteberne of Tanworth.
