Description

Grant by Walter le Pech of Nuthurst to Richard de Fulwood of Tanworth of 8 selions of land, with 8 butts lying in the field called 'Le Brodefeld' in Nuthurst, which selions extend in length from the moor hedge called 'Le Hulg[ro]ve to the hedge of the meadow of the said Walter, and in breadth between the land of William le Pech on both sides: 6 butts with hedged ditch lie from the said ditch to the headland of the said Wm le Pech and in width between the land of the said Wm on one side and the footpath which leads from the house of the said Wm to the spring called Wuggelwell on the other. To hold by inheritance paying 2d. at two terms to Walter and his heirs for services and suit of court. Warranty clause.
