Quitclaim from Henry Bagot' on Morton' to Roger de Conyngesby and Joan his wife of all landes, tenements, woods, rivers, mills, feedings, pastures and gardens in the manors of Morton Bagot, Oldbarue and Olenhale which the grantor held by the gift and grant of Sir William Bagot his brother, excepting lands and tenements which Philip Widie held by villein service for the term of the life of the grantor; to hold for ever. Dated at Morton' in Easter week 23 Edward I [Easter fell on 3 April]. Witnesses: Sir Henry de Eggebaston' knight, Aumery le depons', William Wybert, William de Eggebaston', Richard de Paitowe and others. Tag for seal.
