Description
Lease from Agnes, formerly wife of Roger Poul of Nuthurst, in her widowhood and with her liege power, to Roger son of John of Nuthurst, of a certain half-virgate of land with appurtences, which Roger de la [M]ore, a former servant of hers and the said Agnes hold in Nuthurst. To hold for 16 years from Michaelmas 46 Henry son of John [1262]. Paying annually one bushel of corn for all services, saving those due to the chief lord of the fee, the Lord King and the church. Witnesses: Henry, Chaplain of Nuthurst, Roger Carpenter, Adam Clerk, Alex. Clerk, Roger of Neuburham[?], Gilbert de Hadinghurst.
