Nuthurst

Description

Grant by John de Barton junior to William son of Richard de Fulwood of Tanworth, Margaret his wife and the lawful heirs of their bodies, of all those lands and tenements which John holds by gift and feoffment of the said William in Nuthurst. Also those lands and tenements which John holds by gift and feoffment of said William in Tanworth viz: le hethlond with messuage, and field called Wellefeld with [? vinery] called Pynkemorpol, meadow called Aleynesmedewe, wood called le yondrewode and a certain field adjoining with a meadow called Howmedwe Aleyne as appears in the charter of John. To hold of the chief lord of the fee for services owed and by right accustomed. If William and Margaret die without heirs, the lands pass to William son of Robert de Fulwood and his heirs.
