Nuthurst

Description

Grant by William le Pech of Nuthurst to Richard de Fulwood of Tanworth of all his land in the vill of Nuthurst, with messuages, curtilages, woods, meadows, pasture, paths, hedges and ditches appurtenant, together with 8d. per annum rent due from a tenement held by the chief lord, and 8d. rent for a tenement which William son of William holds of his father. To hold to the said Richard and his heirs at will, commencing at Michaelmas 1294 for 20 years, paying annually 7s. to William at usual terms. Witnesses: Henry de Nuthurst, William ad Fontem, William Bissop, William de la Forde, William Bosse. Addendum: Grant by William to Richard of right to plough meadow and hedge, assart woods and make all improvements and commodities during the term.
