Description

Grant by John de Gartcome of Tanworth to John de Gartcome his brother of all his lands and tenements in Nuthurst, which he had by gift and feoffment of William le Pech, and all lands and tenements of John le Pech, which he holds by gift and feoffement of John Bosse, and also all lands and tenements which he holds by gift and feoffment of John de la Heth in Nuthurst. To hold to the said John in perpetuity of the chief lord of the fee for services owed. Warranty clause.
