Nuthurst

Description

Grant by Matilda, widow of William Aleyn of Nuthurst to Thomas of Bromsgrove, for his life, of all her lands and tenements in Nuthurst which the said William and Matilda had by demise of John Joss and also by grant of Richard de Montford, together with a certain field with appurtenances called Le Dachefeld in Beaudesert. To hold all the aforesaid during the life of Thomas, paying to Matilda and her heirs one rose in flower at the Feast of St. John the Baptist in lieu of service. After the death of Thomas the premises to revert to Matilda and her heirs. Warranty clause. Witnesses: John de Fulwood, Nicolas atte Wyle, Thomas de Nuthurst, Henry le Baillyf of Nuthurst, John in the lee of Tanworth, Laurence atte Welle of Nuthurst.
