Description

Grant by John Nuthurst, son and heir of Walter Nuthurst, to John Fulwood of Tanworth, of his tenement in Nuthurst with lands, meadows, pastures, woods and appurtenances which formerly belonged to Walter Nuthurst and was called Nuthurstesplace. To hold for the term of his life, paying annually to John Nuthurst and his heirs 30/- annually at the two terms of Ladyday and Michaelmas. The rent to be paid by John or his attornies to John and his heirs at Radyng. Right of entry and distraint if rent in arrears by 6 weeks and John Fulwood to maintain the property in good repair without waste. Warranty clause.
