Description

Lease from Edmund Fulwood, Tanworth, gentleman, and Joyce his wife to Thomas Williams, Bewdesert, husbandman, for a fine of £4. 16s. 8d. and 4 marks 2s. and 8d. p.a. for 21 years of a pasture called Peches with a little meadow near; another meadow adjoining called the Graet [sic] medow and a pasture or 2 little leasowes called the [?] Rudynges Wyche and the Noke in the tenure of Robert Barnehurst, with other pasture and meadows in the tenure of the said Thomas Williams. Tenant to owe suit of court and pay heriot to manor of Fulwood. Covenant to make further lease for 21 years at same fine to Thomas and his heirs.
