Lease for lives by Edmund Fulwood, Tanworth, esquire and Richard Fulwood, son and heir of Edmund to Robert Rawson of Nuthurst, labourer, of messuage and appurtenances in Nuthurst, with pasture called Roycroft, in the occupation of the said Robert. To hold for the lives of Robert Rawson, Margery his wife and William their son, paying £6. 3s. 4d. entry fine, 17s. 0d. p.a. and heriot on the death of each tenant.
