To hold with all appurtenances as feeely as the grantors held by Letters Patent, dated 24 June 1553, from the King as from his manor of Estgrenewiche in Kent, in free socage and not in chief. Appointment by grantors of John Fulwode the younger of Tanworth, gentleman, Thomas Grene and Richard Westcote, yeomen as attornies to deliver seisin. Witnesses to delivery of seisin: Edmund Fulwood, esquire, Robert Taylor, Humphrey Bragge and Roger Bragge.
