Description

Lease for lives from Thomas Trussell, London, gentleman to Edmond Palmer, Tanworth, gentleman and Frances his wife of a pasture called The Moores and a close, late a coppice or wood ground adjoining in Nuthurst, late in the occupation of Robert Gaunte and now of Thomas Greswold. To hold for the lives of the said Edmond and Frances paying £20. 13s. 4d. fine and 16s. 8d. annually. Witnesses: Robert Cooke, Andrew Archer, John Brockhurst, William Smyth.
