Nuthurst

Description

Release by George Adkins, son of Thomas of Wilmcote, Aston Cantlow, yeoman, Harry Mase, Round Alne, yeoman and Annes his wife, John Smith, Chipping Campden, currier and Mary his wife, William Blackley, Chipping Campden, tanner and Anne his wife to John Johnsons, Worcester, tanner, for £20 of all their rights in land in Nuthurst bequeathed by John Johnson, Nuthurst, deceased, by his will dated 18 September 1588, to his wife Joan for life and then for 21 years to the said George Adkins with reversion to his sisters the said Annes, Ann and Mary for the residue of the term if he die within 21 years. Endorsed 11 January 1594/1595 with assignment of lease by John Johnsons, Worcester, tanner to John Frogmer, Claines, Worcs., yeoman, in consideration of marriage between John Johnsons the younger, son of John Johnsons and Ursula Frogmer, daughter of the said John.
