Description

Articles of Agreement between Leonard Digbie, Coughton, clerk and John Bellers, Alcester, yeoman, reciting that Digbie has sold to Bellers his rights in land and premises in Nuthurst late purchased by John Digbie, deceased, from Lancelot Spooner and now in the occupation of Dorothy, widow of John, for her life. Five pounds of the purchase price of £65 has been paid and Digby will assure the title to Bellars and provide a copy of the will of John Digby. There is a proviso for a repudiation of the sale before 5 May.
