Description

Deed to lead to the uses of a fine between Edward Trussell, Nuthurst, esquire, with John Wheeler, Nuthurst, yeoman and William Jesson the elder, Coventry, alderman. Edward Trussell and his wife Elizabeth and John Wheeler and his wife Susanna, daughter of Trussell, will levy a fine to Jesson of the Manor of Nuthurst, capital messuage, broom field, great rough church field, in the occupation of Trussell; the impyard [sic], church field, upper closes, meadow and coppice wood late in the occupation of Richard Peitoe; broad meadow and The Moores in the occupation of William Attwood; Whitacres Farm, Ferny hurste, Davye Meadow, Williams Farm, close called the Coppice, messuage and two closes called the Phelpes, Calves Croft, coppice called Kettles Graves in the occupation of Thomas Lovett, gentleman.
