Description

Grant by Richard Fulwood of Tanworth, esquire, to Edmund Fulwood, son and heir apparent of the said Richard, and Joyce Yerdley, daughter of Thomas Yerdley, gentleman, of one pasture with appurtenances in Nuthurst called Great Pechez in the tenure of Thomas Williams; also one messuage and appurtenances in Nuthurst now in the tenure of Richard Johnsons; another tenement in the tenure of John Johnsons; a tenement in Tanworth in the occupation of Egynton; a tenement in Tanworth in the occupation of Thomas Browne; one close and appurtenances in Tanworth in the occupation of Richard Holiocke; a certain chief rent of 7s. 6d. arising from certain lands in Tanworth viz: 7s. 4d. from lands called Seals and 2d. from lands in the tenure of Henry Hunt, tailor, of Tanworth. To hold to the said Edmund and Joyce and the legitimate heirs of their bodies of the chief lord of the fee. Delivery of seisin, 4 April, witnessed by Richard Johnsons, William Payn, Thomas Grene, Oliver Grene, John Robyns, Henry Cleyton.
