Justices wherin William Hathway and Thomas Hathway were demandants Richard Lane and William Smyth Gents were tenants and Elizabeth Nash widow was Vouchee of 3 messuages, 3 gardens and 107 acres of land and 20 acres of pasture with appurtenances in Stratford-upon-Avon, Old Stratford, Bishopton and Welcombe. Seal lost. Dated Michaelmas Term 1647
