Description

Indenture of Lease and Release, the Release dated the 11th October 1817 whereby John Cory of Shottery Gent conveyed to John Reason thretofore of Grove Park but then of Stratford upon Avon Gent the premises described in No 80 (95) for the sum of £1200 paid to him John Cory by John Reason and it was thereby declared that James Loveday and Richard Loveday both Warwick Auctioneers should stand seised of the several term of 1000 years and 2000 years in the premises described in No 80(95) vested in them by virtue of No87(104) in trust for John Reason to attend the inheritance. Signed John Cory, John Reason, J.Loveday and R. Loveday. Seals of red wax. Witnesses Thos. W. Weston, Wm.Geo. Morris, Wm.Geo. Morris Junior. 2 membranes. Lease dated 10th October 1817 by John Cory Seal of red wax. Witnesses Thos Weston and Wm. Geo. Weston.
