Indentures of Lease and Release, the Release dated the 2nd October 1817 between John Reason theretofore Grove Park but then of Stratford upon Avon Gent (mortgagee in free of premises therein after conveyed) of the 1st part William Porter corn dealer and William Izgod Plumber both of Stratford upon Avon (assignees in the Bankruptcy of George Barke theretofore of Stratford upon Avon Coach Proprietor, Vichualler Dealer and Chafman of 2nd part the said George Barke of 3rd part Kelynge Greenway of Warwick Gent of 4th part George Catell Greenway of Warwick Gent of 5th part John Cory of Shottery Gent of 6th part James Dyer of Warwick Gent of 7th part James Loveday of Warwick Auctioneer of 8th part and Richard Loveday of Warwick Auctioneer of 9th part. Reciting Nos. 79-85 (94-101) and also an order of the Commissioners in the Bankruptcy of George Barke dated the 21st July 1817 made upon the application of John Reason mortgagee of the premises described in No 80(95) to whom was owing the sum of £2536-18-0, for the sale of the said premises, which sale was made by auction on the 21st August 1817 at the White Lion Inn at which the said John Cory was the purchaser for £1200 It was thereby witnessed that John Reason in consideration of £1200 to him paid by John Cory in part discharge of the said debt of £2536-16-0 conveyed to John Cory with priority and consent of Wm. Porter, Wm. Izgod and George Barke the premises described in No 95 free from incumbrances to hold to such uses as the said John Cory should by deed appoint the remainder to the use of John Corry for life, with remainder after the determination of the said life interest during the life of John Cory to the use of James Dyer for the life of John Cory in trust for John Cory with the remainder to the use of John Cory and his heirs forever and it was further witnessed that Kelynge Greenway at the direction of John Reason, Wm Porter, Wm. Izgod and George Barke and on the nomination of John Cory assigned the term of 1000 years in the same premises vested in him by No84(99) in trust for John Reason to James Loveday in trust for John Cory to attend the inheritance and it was also witnessed that George Catell Greenway at the direction and nomination as aforesaid assigned to Richard Loveday the term of 1000 years in the same premises vested in him by No84(101) in trust for John Reason, in trust for John Cory to attend the inheritance. Lease dated the 1st December 1817 John Reason, Wm. Porter, Wm. Izgod and George Barke to John Cory of same premises for one year. Signed by the leisors. Sealed and witnessed as before.
