Fine levied at Westminster on the morrow of All Souls Day 1622, before Henry Hobart, Humphrey Winche, Richard Hutton and William Jones, H.M. Justices, between Evan Jones, esq., and Francis Leighton, esq., plaintiffs, and Sir Richard Brawne, Knight, deforciant, of the manor of Saintbury and five messuages, two mills, one dovecote, ten cottages, eight gardens, four orchards, 400 acres of land, 50 acres of meadow, 200 acres of pasture, 20 acres of woods, 100 acres of furze and heath and 20 shillings of rent, in Saintbury and the advowson of the parish church of Saintbury.
