Indentures of Lease and Release, the Release dated 2nd December 1707 between John Tedbury of the Parish of St. Buttolphe, Aldgate, London tailor and Rebecca Tedbury daughter of the said House Tedbury and Sarah his late wife (which said Sarah was daughter and heir of Henry Wilson theretofore of the Parish of St. Buttolphe, Aldgate butcher deceased and Sarah wife of the said Henry Wilson, who was afterwards Sarah Hill) of one part and Joseph Hunt of Stratford-upon-Avon gentleman of the other part whereby John Tedbury and Rebecca Tedbury in consideration of £80 paid to them by Joseph Hunt conveyed to Joseph Hunt all that close called Lower Frame Close being in the South end of Ingon Lane in the Parish of Hampton Lucy containing 7 acres in the occupation of Hugh Tibbatts having Ingon Lane on the East side thereof together with appurtenances. Signed by the marks of John Tedbury and Rebecca Tedbury. Sealed. Witnessed by John Ballard, John Burman and Vincent Nicholas. Lease dated 1st December 1707 for one year by John Tedbury to Joseph Hunt of the same premises. Signed, sealed and witnessed as before.
