Description

Attested copies of Indentures of Lease and Release, the Release dated the 9th January 1805 by Thomas Jellicoe of Bicton, Shropshire Gent to Joseph Asterley of Shrewsbury Gent and John Southern of Sutton near Shrewsbury Gent of the four cottages in Henley Street described in No 60,64 then in the occupation of --- Everitt, Widow Sumner, John Warrilow and Widow Malins and certain hereditaments in Bicton aforesaid upon trust to sell for the benefit of the creditors of the said Thomas Jellicoe. Witnesses John Skrymisher and John Grataploe. Lease dated the 8th January 1805 by Thomas Jellicoe to Joseph Asterleyard, John Southern of same premises for one year. Witnessed as before. Attested by Jas. Jones and Wm. Thomas Clarke to Messrs. Asterley and Jefferies Attornies Shrewsbury, the 13th Feb 1813.
