In doubt whether their letters reach their destination safely, the Bailiff came home on Saturday night well, he mentions his distress and anxieties, that Sir Edward Grevile neglects the suit, presses him to return as he has done all in his power, comforts him under his disappointments, advises a complete resignation to the Lord's will, home news, the burial of Anne Walford and Mother Biddell, observations on Mr. Warberton, Robert Burdett's mother prays for assistance towards the expence of tiling her house.
