1. Lease for 14 years from W. F. Box of Alveston, MB., etc., to himself, Philip H. Wells of Stratford, MRCS, etc., Harold Girling of Stratford, B.Chir., etc., and Dudley P. Marks of Stratford, MB., etc., practising in partnership as physicians and surgeons at Stratford-upon-Avon, of all that suite of apartments consisting of four consulting rooms, etc. and dispensary, two apartments on the first floor above the consulting rooms, and two bedrooms, living room and kitchen now in the occupation of Mrs Butt, with liberty of egress and regress, all of which premises are part of no. 11 Bridge St, 23rd January 1933. 2. Lease for seven years from Mrs C. M. Box, Geraldine M. A. Fraser and Antony William Box, all of no. 11 Bridge St, to Philip H. Wells, Harold Girling, Dudley P. Marks, Scott R.
